1. Returns

1.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

1.3. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kawaiibunch.nicdigital.io with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

1.4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2. Exchanges

2.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@kawaiibunch.nicdigital.io with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide you with exchange instructions.

2.2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

2.3. Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will inspect them and send you the new item(s) if available. If the new item(s) is not available, we will issue a refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

3.1. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@kawaiibunch.nicdigital.io with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

3.2. We may require you to provide photos or other evidence of the fault or damage before issuing a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping

4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
